After more than 20 years of working in the most dynamic companies in the auto industry, I’ve been privileged to gain valuable experience as it pertains to the used car market. My professional career consisted of inventory acquisitions, managing “fixed operations”, driving sales forecasts, developing managers, leading customer service initiatives and everything in between.
Throughout my tenure, customer satisfaction was the one problem that always remained constant. No matter the corporation I worked for at the time, customers were finding themselves dissatisfied with their buying experience for various reasons. Over time, it became a personal goal of mine to open a car sales operation that focused on “elevating the car buying experience”. Simply put, Level Automotive is my personal rendition of accomplishing this by providing professional service and value one customer at a time.
